Accounting analysts evaluate the financial statements of clients, usually companies, which include the income sheet, the balance sheet, the statement of cash flows and additional notes to other financial statements. They interpret and implement new accounting systems and accounting procedures and will analyze and determine if the proposed systems conform to accounting regulations and meet user information requirements.

  • Assist in managing account payable and account receivable
  • Prepare and manage E-invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle Sales Tax / SST matters, including preparation, filing, and reporting.
  • Ensure proper handling of Duty Stamps for relevant documents.
  • Assist during internal and external audits, preparing required financial reports and documentation.
  • Assist in controlling aging debtors and creditors
  • Assist in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Assist analyzing account information
  • Assist in preparing the full set of account
  • Record income and expenses
  • Prepare payment vouchers
  • Assist in reconciliation bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining organized and up to date financial records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
