$90000 - $120000 per year | Irvine, CA | On-Site | Permanent

We are hiring a full-time Account Manager to join our team.

This isn't just a liaison role, it's a leadership development opportunity.

Job Details



In-person: 100% onsite

Location: Irvine, CA 92612

Remote work available: (some remote days in the future)

Travel: Some to client sites as needed (Local to Orange County, Riverside, LA)

Working hours: M-F, 7-4pm

We provide industry-leading service and offer proactive maintenance, repairs, and installation for commercial industrial equipment.

You will be responsible for managing:

Customer success + relationship building

Service coordination & execution

Strategic account growth

Process improvement (systems thinking)

Qualities:

You naturally ask "why are we doing it this way?" and see opportunities others miss

You've initiated improvements in previous roles, even without formal authority

You remain calm under pressure from demanding customers and internal complexity

You triage urgent problems quickly, then pivot to prevention and mitigation

You actively seek feedback, coaching, and learning opportunities to continuously improve

You take full accountability for customer outcomes across all touch points

Qualifications:

3-5+ years proven account management, customer success, or related client-facing role

Excellent communication skills--able to influence and educate at all organizational levels

Experience in B2B service businesses, industrial/commercial sectors, or field service operations

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
