<p>American Express is looking for an experienced Account Protection Specialist to join our team and help safeguard our customers' accounts. In this role, you will use your problem-solving skills to ensure our customers are protected from fraud and other risks. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, fraud prevention, and account monitoring who is able to respond to customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy. If you are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to use your experience to protect customers, this position may be for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of two years' experience in fraud prevention and/or customer service, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about protecting customers and have the necessary skills and experience, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Monitor customer accounts for fraudulent activity. Respond to customer inquiries regarding potential fraud or other risks. Investigate suspected fraud cases and take appropriate action. Provide customer service to customers affected by fraud or other risks. Stay up-to-date on changes in fraud prevention techniques and technologies. Develop and implement best practices for fraud prevention and risk management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Create and maintain detailed reports of all fraud prevention activities.
