Inviting applications for the role of Senior Account Receivable Analyst – (Taiwan Market) 

In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the point of contact for customer (i.e. local market) queries and resolve any query issues according to defined policies and procedures and escalate as necessary any site customer issues related to queries to the Team Leader O2C. You will work closely with Local Finance (Stakeholders) in managing deliverables for Team Leader

You will work closely with the team on problem solving and troubleshooting when issues occur

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end process performance improvements through Performance Management and other Lean Sigma practices.

  • Produce routine process reports (i.e Cash Forecasting, AR aging), schedules, and review summaries for management as required.

  • Manage service level agreements and performance targets related to Accounts Receivables activities and deliverables.

  • Support period end financial closing activities and year end activities for Accounts Receivables.

  • Assist Team Leader to manage projects and deliverables under the O2C portfolio.

Qualifications 
Minimum qualifications

  • Diploma with Finance/Accounting.

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English – both written and spoken.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent is preferred.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficient in using SAP.

  • Work Experience in Shared Service Environment, particularly in Order to Cash roles.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) whenever required.

  • Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.

  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving capabilities.

  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

  • Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals.
