We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, to support our daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative duties.

​Key Responsibilities:-

Daily Operations

  • ​Customer & Service Management: Communicate with customers via phone, check their service reminders, and update their accounts after invoices have been issued.
  • ​Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks, including checking and organizing purchase invoices and labour codes.
  • ​Financial Handling: Conduct daily petty cash tallies and reports.

Weekly Tasks

  • ​Reporting: Responsible for downloading and submitting the Statement of Account and Invoice to the Dealer.
  • ​Financial & Team Reporting: Submit the Weekly Sales Report to ACCOUNT TEAM.
  • ​Attendance Management: Send employee attendance records and thumbprints to the appropriate team when requested.

Monthly Tasks

  • ​Reporting: Submit a monthly Outstanding Staff Report (Staff discount) to the sub-company.
  • ​Documentation: Handle and submit quotations as requested by the Service Advisor.
  • ​Financial Handling: Submit receipts and payment vouchers to the ECW ADMIN/ACCOUNT TEAM as needed.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks when needed.

Requirements:-

  • ​Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management or related field.
  • ​At least 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • ​Experience in automotive or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ​Skilled in both digital and physical document management.
  • ​Proficient in basic accounting and financial tasks such as handling petty cash and preparing expense reports.
  • ​High attention to detail and the ability to work with accurate data.
  • ​Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • ​The ability to manage time and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • ​Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • ​Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems.
  • ​Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information, especially related to finances and staff.
  • ​Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
