Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with procedures. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis. Job responsibilities: - Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, - Cost analysts gather financial data including inventory purchases - Writing inventory reports, and performing cycle counts, - Preparing monthly management reports independently. - Analyzing production costs and recommending changes. - Full aspect relating to raw material requisition, cost & SP margin setting. - Update, and monitor standard costing every month. - Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient inventory supply for contractual customers. - Leading, the quarterly stock-take at the warehouse - Making recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options. **Requirements**: - At least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Finance / Accounting/ min LCCI / Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. - Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems - Preferably have a strong background in Costing and must have SAP system experience. - Great analytical skills, independent, and able to work under pressure. - Base in Rawang Perdana & Selayang Baru with our transport.
