I’m looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to build and deploy a **24/7 AI Voice Agent (Retell)** plus a **website chatbot** for a real estate firm, fully integrated with **GoHighLevel (GHL)**. The system must answer inbound calls and chats professionally, handle common real estate questions (buy/sell/rent, listings, areas served, process), capture and verify lead details (name, phone, email), and qualify prospects into **Buyer / Seller / Renter / Investor** while keeping conversation quality natural, clear, and reliable. The agent must **check real-time availability across multiple GHL calendars** and schedule the right appointment type (buyer consult, seller consult/valuation call, rental inquiry, or property showing), then automatically **create/update contacts**, apply tags/custom fields, add call/chat summaries, and move leads into the correct pipeline stage. It must also trigger existing GHL workflows for confirmations, reminders, and follow-arenaflex, prevent double-booking, respect business hours/buffers/blackout dates, and support smart routing (round-robin or assigned agent) based on lead type and intent. Call/chat handling must include fail-safes: voicemail capture and callback requests, escalation to a live agent for high-intent leads, and transfer/fallback routing if booking can’t be completed. The deliverable includes full end-to-end testing with real calls and chat sessions (edge cases, interruptions, unclear requests), bug fixing, and a clean handoff package with documentation and a walkthrough so our team can update FAQs/knowledge and maintain the system confidently.
