We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL Job Title: AI/ML Engineer LLM & Conversational AI (MCP) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing intelligent, scalable AI systems that power chatbots, copilots, and enterprise AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI • Build and optimize Conversational AI systems (chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents) • Implement LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and evaluation pipelines • Develop and integrate MCP-based architectures to manage context, tools, memory, and agent workflows • Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) • Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party tools • Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI usage • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions • Monitor, test, and continuously improve model accuracy and response quality Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, arenaflex Gemini, open-source models) • Expertise in Conversational AI platforms and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) • Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts: o Context management o Tool calling o Memory handling o Agent orchestration • Experience with NLP techniques, embeddings, and semantic search • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, arenaflex Cloud Platform, Azure) • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Good to Have • Experience with multi-agent systems • Knowledge of speech-to-text / text-to-speech pipelines • Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, arenaflex/CD for ML) • Healthcare, FinTech, or enterprise-domain AI experience • Understanding of AI governance, privacy, and compliance Educational Background • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field • Equivalent practical experience is acceptable Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Did you know that Apexon has been Certified by Great Place To Work , the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the three regions in which it operates: USA (for the fourth time in 2023), India (seven consecutive certifications as of 2023), and the UK.Apexon is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and promoting diversity in the workplace.
