Next Level Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that has partnered with Amazon to deliver packages in the Salina area! Our company is veteran and locally owned. At Next Level Logistics you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring excellent and safe deliveries of Amazon packages to our Salina area community. As a delivery driver for Next Level Logistics, you will be the face of our company and the service we provide to Amazon customers. You will be expected to continuously exceed safety and quality standards in all aspects of your job. As an employee for Next Level Logistics, you will receive constant support for personal and professional growth. This includes tuition reimbursement programs and non-rotating scheduling to help you navigate your life outside of work.

Delivery Driver Expectations:

  • Load vans and deliver up to 200+ packages a day by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually.
  • Scheduled for 4 days a week in 10-hour shifts
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
  • Provide a problem solve mindset while working primarily by yourself.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude when encountering hurdles
  • Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
  • Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety
  • Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (CDL not required)
  • Consent to a drug test
  • Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
  • Be able to lift a maximum of 70 pounds during a 10-hour work shift
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
