<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Employee Relations Analyst</strong> will perform specialized technical and administrative support for the Office of Employee Relations. The Analyst is responsible for administrative support to investigative management staff, creates reports, templates, and works on administrative projects, and maintains a high level of confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATION:</p><ul><li>Associate degree required</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p>WORK EXPERIENCE:</p><ul><li>3 years in progressively autonomous positions</li><li>Including direct employee relations or investigation experience, including dealing with compliance and employment law issues</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately</li><li>Ability to be attentive to detail and proofread work carefully</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate and organized records and files for easy access and retrieval</li><li>Ability to work quickly and accurately with interruptions and to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to be flexible with changing work assignments and priorities</li><li>Good organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and set deadlines for competing assignments</li><li>Ability to maintain and manage the calendar of General Counsel and other designated attorneys as advised</li><li>Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft applications, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>Knowledge of legal writing and pleading preparation</li><li>Ability to work independently, following directions, policies, and procedures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Tracks and maintains files and case/matter management data</li><li>Coordinates and facilitates document production in response to subpoenas, open records, and other official requests</li><li>Provides research and administrative support to the Office of Employee Relations</li><li>Researches, drafts, and prepares documents related to investigations</li><li>Creates and maintains investigative complaint logs</li><li>Ensures that legal discovery requests are complete and responded to on time</li><li>Records audio and video data as needed for the investigative unit</li><li>Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism as it relates to past, present, and future investigations</li><li>Assists with investigations in an organized and resilient manner</li><li>Prepares, reviews, and submits travel expense reports for the investigative unit.</li><li>Required to have prompt, regular attendance in-person or virtually and be available to work on-site, in-person during regular business hours, and as needed</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL ABILITIES AND WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><p>The physical abilities, working conditions and other conditions of employment listed in this document are representative of, but are not intended to provide an exhaustive list of the requirements for positions in this classification.
