The Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (CSG) Strategy team is looking for an exceptional problem solver and expert communicator to work on key strategic initiatives. CSG Strategy is responsible for defining and driving strategic direction for CSG, working collaboratively across Product Management, Revenue Operations, Services, and other Dell Business Units. As a CSG Strategy Senior Advisor, your role focuses on delivering high-impact outcomes that influence business decisions and enable growth.

What you’ll achieve
As an Analyst within Strategic Business Development, you will work on highly complex problems, providing insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the CSG Executive Leadership Team.

You will:

  • Frame hypotheses and develop structured approaches to solve complex business problems
  • Conduct market, competitive, and internal analyses to identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously build expertise in Dell’s portfolio, market trends, and strategic frameworks. Participate in knowledge-sharing and team development initiatives
  • Collaborate and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align on priorities. Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to share insights, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively. Deliver high-quality outputs that connect tactical actions to strategic goals

Essential Requirements

  • Strategic, innovative and structured thinker with proven ability to provide, guide and use professional concepts to resolve critical issues
  • Exceptional communication skills; must be able to articulate and present complex ideas and concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Displays a strong executive presence and a proven ability to engage effectively with senior technology management
  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders

Desirable Requirements
