<p><strong>I. Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><p><u> </u></p><p><strong><u>Operational Orientation</u></strong></p><ul><li>Be first point of contact for internal and external customers and ensure resolution for all inquiries from purchasing to payment as per agreed SLA.</li><li>Responsible to internal and external stakeholders for RTP inquiries via Service-Now tools.</li><li>Work closely with buyers, invoice processors and payment processors to achieve agreed SLA</li><li>Perform payment verification by verifying the invoice and banking details before payment are presented to payment authorizers.</li><li>Manage the key supplier’s account to ensure there is no discrepancy.</li><li>Prepare KPI report, analyze root cause and define action plans.</li><li>Maintain documentation in accordance to accounting principles and internal controls.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.</li><li>Being trained on SOX controls and accountable for documentation of processes and controls.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies and procedure.</li><li>Assign as a trainer/buddy to a new joiner and provide training to new supplier and implement regular training.</li><li>Perform bank application and system access for new joiner of payment team when necessary.</li><li>Participate in global or regional projects and CI projects as requested by superior.</li><li>Consistently review existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives/activities. </li><li>Ensure all DTP are updated upon the process changes.</li><li>Provide support for audit when necessary.</li><li>Perform other tasks assigned by manager.</li></ul><p><strong>II. Education</strong></p><p> Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent field </p><p><br></p><p><strong>III. Required Experience, knowledge and Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years working experience in shared service environment handling purchasing and accounts payable and customer service fields. </li><li>Experience in using Service Now/ SAP (preferred) / ERP system/JDE system, Buysmart (Preferred) </li><li>Strong customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Good coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Diligent, meticulous, organized and good attention to details.</li><li>A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Must be able to take direction but also work independently and professionally.</li><li>Experience in handling projects / transition will be added advantage</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language Proficiency</strong>: Fluency in <strong>English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)</strong> and Mandarin (Preferred)</p>
