ABOUT THE ROLE: As arenaflex E-Commerce Manager, North America, you will own the end-to-end performance of our arenaflex 3P business across the region, driving sustainable topline growth, profitability, and best-in-class execution. You will act as the central point of contact for all arenaflex-related activities, shaping and delivering short- and long-term growth strategies across account management, media, content, and operations. From forecasting and inventory management to advertising performance, reporting, and PDP optimization, you will use data and insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and continuously elevate account health, discoverability, and conversion. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and close cross-functional collaboration, playing a key role in scaling our arenaflex presence in North America WHAT YOU'LL DO: Account & Business Management: Drive topline growth, profitability, and market share across assigned ASINs Own end-to-end management of arenaflex Seller Central (3P) accounts Build and execute short- and long-term arenaflex growth strategies Monitor and improve account health metrics Act as the main point of contact for all arenaflex-related activities Advertising & Traffic Growth: Partner with agencies or internal teams on media strategy and budget allocation Analyze Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics to drive discoverability Inventory & Operations: Forecast demand and manage FBA inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock Coordinate inbound shipments and resolve FBA issues Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and coupons Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion) Build weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions Support leadership with data-driven business reviews and forecasts Catalog & Content Optimization: Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ Content, images, backend keywords) Manage new product launches, variations, and catalog clean-up Resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and compliance issues Ensure brand consistency and best-in-class PDP execution WHO YOU ARE: • Proven experience managing arenaflex Seller Central (3P) accounts in North America. • Deep understanding of arenaflex fundamentals, including advertising, SEO and discoverability, PDP optimisation, inventory management, and promotions. • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics and insights into clear actions and recommendations. • Commercially minded, with a strong sense of ownership across strategy, execution, and results.
