This individual will lead and manage teams Greater Asia to deliver world-class HTR services to client. The role encompasses operational excellence, transformation leadership, change management, and proactive stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned leader with a strong track record in managing operations, process optimization, and customer relationship management. HTR lead would liaise with range of customer stakeholders including regional leads, GPOs and Global business leaders. Ideal candidate would be someone who has managed large teams across continents in GBS, BPO or has similar experiences.</p><p> Key Responsibilities</p><p> • Oversee the full spectrum of HTR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.</p><p> • Ensure service delivery excellence across process, meeting or exceeding client KPIs and SLAs.</p><p> • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</p><p> Transformation Agenda:</p><p> • Lead the transformation of HTR processes, implementing best-in-class tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.</p><p> • Drive the adoption of digital solutions, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and improve client outcomes.</p><p> • Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions to address evolving client needs.</p><p> Change Management:</p><p> • Design and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during transformations.</p><p> • Engage with global teams and clients to foster collaboration, trust, and buy-in for transformation initiatives.</p><p> • Act as a change ambassador, aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve organizational goals.</p><p> Stakeholder & Communication Management:</p><p> • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.</p><p> • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients, fostering open and transparent communication.</p><p> • Regularly provide updates to leadership and clients on performance, challenges, and opportunities.</p><p> Team Leadership:</p><p> • Lead, mentor, and develop diverse, multi-regional teams to foster a high-performance culture.</p><p> • Promote inclusivity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.</p><p> • Establish clear goals, accountability measures, and performance metrics for team members.</p><p> Qualifications & Experience</p><p> • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).</p><p> • 15+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or BPO environments, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</p><p> • Proven track record of managing global teams and delivering complex HTR services at scale.</p><p> • Expertise in driving organizational transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p> • Familiarity with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and automation tools is highly desirable.</p><p> Skills:</p><p> • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.</p><p> • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.</p><p> • Adept at managing cross-cultural teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.</p><p> • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.</p><p> Key Competencies:</p><p> • Global Mindset: Ability to understand and adapt to cultural nuances and global business practices.</p><p> • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize client satisfaction and proactively address their needs.</p><p> • Transformational Leadership: Drive innovation and navigate complexity to achieve organizational goals.</p><p> • Resilience: Thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.</p><p> Why Join Us?</p><p> As the HTR Lead for Greater Asia, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of global HTR operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
