About the position In this team you will work alongside passionate professionals on the Trading Desks, Technology, Legal, Group Finance, Middle Office, Compliance, Reconciliations and external counterparties to resolve issues, queries and drive our processes forward. This role is responsible for ensuring that proper Asset Management processes and procedures are executed successfully to maintain our strong control framework and efficiencies from both a personnel and processing perspective. This role requires building relationships with colleagues across different teams to resolve issues and provide better solutions for our group, while challenging the status quo and drive meaningful change and improvements to our processes and controls. The Documentation & Derivatives team sits in the Asset Management arm of Swiss Re. We are a team of dynamic professionals who support and strengthen our Global team of multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper trade representation, guide documentation to completion, and oversee the regulatory reporting process among the different jurisdictions that Swiss Re operates in. Driven, commercial and highly analytical with an innovative mindset and zeal for supporting internal and external clients. You bring a strong track record of efficiency gains aided by excellent organization and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail. Your initiative and ability to communicate clearly at all levels enable you to collaborate successfully under pressure. Responsibilities • Operational support on OTC and Listed derivatives for various trading desks including Rates, Credit, Treasury, Weather Derivatives, Insurance Linked Securities, etc. • Co-ordinating internally and externally to ensure Electronic and Paper trade confirmations are executed in a timely manner • Oversee regulatory reporting of derivatives across different jurisdictions • Monitor daily listed trading activity across all Futures Clearing Merchants & Prime Brokers • Provide insight of trading activity through reports and ad-hoc analysis of data • Collaborate with Technology to develop and improve our consumption and representation of big data Requirements • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in Operations or similar role • Knowledge of OTC and Listed products and regulations (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FinfraG etc...) and ISDA protocols • Works well independently and as part of a team of equals • Flexibility and desire for continuous learning • Experience with derivative booking systems, as well as Markitwire, Markit Trade Manager (MTM), TradeSuite etc.. • Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills Apply tot his job
