Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) SEO & arenaflex Ads Specialist to support the company in launching and maintaining targeted campaigns. The specialist will focus on driving high-quality leads for ADUs, New Construction, Basement/Garage Conversions, and New Garage Builds. The ideal candidate should be skilled in arenaflex Ads setup, optimization, and monthly campaign maintenance. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: 1. arenaflex Ads Audit & Setup • Review and analyze the existing arenaflex Ads account to identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide insights on current keyword performance, targeting, ad structure, and budget usage. • Build a fully optimized arenaflex Ads campaign tailored to construction services, including: • ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) • New Construction Projects • Basement & Garage Conversions • New Garage Builds 2. Campaign Management & Optimization • Conduct regular monthly maintenance to ensure campaigns are performing efficiently. • Review and adjust keywords, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and ad groups. • Monitor campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data. • Ensure campaigns stay aligned with lead generation goals and industry trends. 3. SEO Support (Optional/As Needed) • Provide basic SEO recommendations to improve local search visibility. • Suggest keyword enhancements, landing page updates, or website improvements based on campaign needs. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • Proven experience managing and optimizing arenaflex Ads campaigns (construction or home services industry preferred). • Strong understanding of keyword research, ad group structuring, and negative keyword management. • Ability to run performance audits and implement strategic recommendations. • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (bonus). • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Tools required include arenaflex Ads, arenaflex Analytics (preferred), and keyword research tools such as arenaflex Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (optional). Work Schedule • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday • Daily Working Time: TBD PST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
