**Key Responsibilities** **Daily Operations Management** - Ensure the outlet's daily operations run efficiently and without disruptions. - Take proactive steps to resolve operational challenges and address customer service issues while maintaining high service standards. - Consistently monitor inventory levels and manage restocking to maintain optimal stock without excess ordering. **Staff Management** - Lead and supervise outlet staff, ensuring their performance meets operational expectations. - Prepare and manage work schedules to ensure adequate manpower for each shift. - Conduct training and coaching sessions to foster team spirit and improve individual and team performance. **Customer Service** - Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered consistently across the outlet. - Respond to customer complaints or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Sales & Productivity Management** - Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall outlet productivity. - Track daily sales performance and generate reports for management review. - Analyze sales patterns and provide recommendations for improvement. **Compliance & Safety** - Ensure that all staff adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures at all times. - Uphold strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety. **Requirements**: - Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or food & beverage. - Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead a team. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Able to work independently and manage outlet operations with mínimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of POS systems. - Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend jobs Supplemental Pay: - Attendance bonus - Overtime pay - Yearly bonus **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Supervising: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
