Job Description: • Own and evolve one of the legal marketing brands across all touchpoints within the EverService portfolio • Manage, edit, and publish content for the brand website, ensuring accuracy, tone consistency, and alignment with brand strategy • Oversee non-legal content needs across marketing channels (AI-assisted drafting; human review and brand refinement still required) • Maintain and evolve the brand voice, messaging guidelines, and content quality standards • Collaborate with internal SEO and marketing teams to ensure published content supports performance goals • Coordinate all marketing and promotional activities associated with the brand podcast • Support podcast production logistics, guest coordination, and weekly scheduling needs • Develop and execute strategies to grow podcast listenership across platforms (social, newsletter, website, partners, etc.) • Work with creative teams to oversee assets (thumbnails, audiograms, clips, etc.) and ensure consistent branding • Oversee the weekly newsletter from planning through publication • Manage topic curation, AI-assisted drafting, editing, formatting, scheduling, and distribution • Track engagement metrics and implement improvements to increase open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, Creative, Ops) to align on brand messaging and campaign needs • Assist with marketing planning, calendar management, and project coordination • Support ad-hoc brand initiatives, social media content planning, and other marketing requests Requirements: • 5+ years with progressive content marketing experience, preferably within a high-volume, fast-moving digital marketing agency • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to refine AI-assisted content into polished, human-centered messaging • Experience managing newsletters, content calendars, or multimedia marketing initiatives • Familiarity with podcast marketing or production is a strong plus • Multi-channel social media marketing experience driving engagement and visibility across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok and others required • Proven success growing brand awareness in a B2B or agency environment • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy • Experience in legal marketing, professional services, or a high-trust industry highly preferred • Hands-on experience with arenaflex Ads and landing page optimization • Working knowledge of tools like arenaflex Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms Benefits: • Remote-First Environment • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance • Company 401(k) Matching • Monthly Phone & Data Stipend • Paid Vacation & Sick Time Off Apply tot his job
