Are you looking to supplement your income while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families?

We are expanding our nationwide network of independent financial representatives focused on education, strategy, and long-term relationship building. Our mission is to help individuals gain clarity, structure, and confidence around important financial decisions.

Many families do not have a trusted point of contact to turn to when navigating retirement planning, insurance protection, or estate considerations. Our role is educational and strategic in nature, helping clients understand their options and identify potential gaps in their current financial structure.

We are not attorneys. When estate planning support is needed, we coordinate with licensed professionals and experienced trust attorneys within our professional network.

You will be supported by a leadership team operating under a national financial services organization. Our leadership team is led by Junior Picanco who has 12+ years of entrepreneurial and team-building experience focused on financial literacy and long-term client relationships.

Common Situations we/you will help clients navigate:

  • Preparing for retirement but unsure where to begin
  • Already retired and reviewing income longevity strategies
  • Transitioning from saving to withdrawing funds
  • Changing jobs and unsure how to handle retirement plan rollovers
  • Outdated or unreviewed trusts
  • Having financial products but lacking a cohesive strategy
  • Reviewing life insurance or long-term care coverage for gaps
  • Not having a trusted person to ask financial planning questions
  • No holistic review of their overall financial picture

What we/you will provide for clients:

  • Financial education and clarity
  • Review of existing financial protection strategies
  • Gap analysis and strategic direction
  • Coordination with licensed professionals when appropriate
  • Ongoing relationship-based client support

Who this opportunity is for:

  • Entrepreneurial-minded individuals
  • Professionals seeking flexible, performance-based income
  • Those open to obtaining required state licensing
  • Individuals who value education, integrity, and long-term relationships
