At OPIS, a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are seeking a "hungry for success" Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on APAC region. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research arenaflex companies, and connect with the key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. You'll play a key role in introducing OPIS services, understanding client needs and supporting long-term partnerships. This is a fully remote/home based role. Your main responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers. • Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts. • Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports. • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships. What we’re looking for: • High school diploma or a degree • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.). • Native/fluent Japanese and English with strong communication skills. • Excellent organizational and planning abilities. • Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset. • Eagerness to grow.
