About The Job As a member of the Unlimit Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving your own pipeline, seek out opportunities in the market and support the ongoing commercial growth strategy of the organization. n Requirements: 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles At least 2 years of experience in the online payments / fintech industry, with a broad understanding of the payments ecosystem beyond a single product Strong understanding of one or more arenaflex verticals, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape Solid knowledge of payment products, processes, and typical client pain points, including card acquiring, alternative payment methods, and end-to-end payment flows Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, with a strong focus on new business generation and pipeline development Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles (2+ months) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on the client side Strong results-driven mindset, with experience working against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives Experience in PSPs and fast-paced environments is a strong plus What we offer: Competitive monthly salary based on your experience and performance Paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays Full-time remote role (5/2 schedule, weekends off) Work in an international team with deep expertise in payments and fintech n Join Unlimit Team now!
