Responsibilities


We are looking for an Business Development person to grow our Manufacturing Analytics solution globally.

In this dynamic and exciting role, you will:

  • Develop a keen understanding of the Keysight product
  • Develop and deploy growth strategies with our regional sales team
  • Work directly with customers and partners to adopted our solution effectively
  • Provide inputs and influence on our Manufacturing Analytics product roadmap.
  • Respond to and follow up on our customers’ product related issues; whenever needed.
  • Raise sales competency level by being a product expertise and value selling  
  • Contribute as a key team-player in projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management, self-service initiatives and more.

 


Qualifications


 

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or similar
  • Some experience delivering, using, and/or supporting modern big data systems in an operational context
  • A understanding of electronic manufacturing, it’s operation, its eco chain and the challenges it faces
  • Prior sales / business development experience will be useful

Soft Skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication skill
  • Strong customer success orientation
  • Self-starter capable of taking ownership
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize customer issues effectively
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment and support a product with frequent product releases and regular maintenance updates
  • Willing to travel, if the need arise
