Job Description: • Support loan funding and sale operations to ensure smooth capital markets execution • Maintain accurate and up-to-date collateral and settlement documentation • Enhance team operations by proactively solving problems and ensuring data accuracy • Support the management of warehouse lending facilities for rental and bridge loans • Upload property appraisals and prepare loan tapes for collateral pledging • Monitor borrowing bases and request draws for daily loan funding • Assist in the full life cycle of loan sales, including executing rate locks and preparing settlement statements • Deliver loan files to third-party due diligence providers and resolve exceptions • Generate assignments of mortgage and allonges • Coordinate with Post-Closing to ensure delivery of physical documents to loan buyers • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external purchasers to support loan origination and sale • Perform loan-level data cleansing, review, and analysis Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or finance within a real estate environment. • Prior experience working in a Salesforce environment with an advanced understanding of finding data and reporting • Advanced proficiency with arenaflex Sheets and Excel • Proficiency in arenaflex Suite and Adobe • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of real estate and/or post-closing • Detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment • Experience with AI Agents is a plus Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Company outings & social events • Virtual events • Companywide competitions and raffles • Personal financial workshops • Orioles season tickets Apply tot his job
