Through a comprehensive, data driven virtual health platform, Sharecare partners with providers, health plans, employers, and government organizations to improve outcomes, reduce arenaflex of care, and enhance the healthcare experience. • *Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Recruitment Coordinator to oversee key aspects of our Caregiver onboarding and hiring operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, strong technical proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems, and advanced Excel skills. • *Essential Job Functions:** • *Onboarding & Compliance** + Oversee all Caregiver background check and onboarding processes. + Responsible for ensuring I9 and 1099 compliance for all caregivers + Monitor training completion for Caregivers and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. + Identify and address gaps in the onboarding process to improve efficiency and experience. • *Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Serve as a liaison between Recruiting, HR/Payroll, and Caregiver Experience teams to resolve onboarding and hiring issues. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments. • *Systems & Reporting** + Utilize multiple HRIS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and workflows. + Generate reports and analyze onboarding metrics using Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement. • *Qualifications:** + Experience in HR, recruiting, or in with onboarding W2s and 1099s in a multi-state, high volume recruiting operation. + Strong proficiency in HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn). + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
