CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

  • Company driver or 1099; Solo driver or Team. It's your career and your choice. Our job is to find the right fit. Opportunities vary based on location and experience.
  • Weekly minimum guaranteed pay up to $1,800. Your time on the road should be worth it. Hirschbach Dedicated drivers stay because of reliable miles, competitive pay and top equipment.
  • New OTR hires eligible for $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus.* Bonus applies to OTR Solos/Teams, Company or Lease and Regional roles.
  • Net up to $138,000 per year. Specific pay ranges vary based on location, experience, driver type and route type. Talk to a recruiter to review the opportunities and pay ranges are available in your area.
  • Ultra-modern truck fleet. Fully-specced Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias; tractors designed to provide maximum comfort, maximum fuel efficiency, and maximum safety.
  • Run 99% No-touch freight. Our routes are built to keep you moving, so you spend less time loading and more time rolling.

Independent Operator (1099) Info

  • Flexible, friendly terms: No down payment, no credit check, walkaway contract.
  • Fixed, discounted fuel rate: Hirschbach drivers pay $.99/gallon for fuel, regardless of price at pump.
  • Full-service maintenance plan: Covers all mechanical parts for $0.10/mi. No out-of-pocket expenses!
  • Trick My Truck: After 1 year, spec your truck your way with custom colors and add-ons.

Bonuses, Benefits & Base Pay

Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 23 years of age
  • 6+ months verifiable CDL-A experience
