CMO / VP Marketing remote USA based job opening also suitable for Senior Digital Director or CMO / Chief Marketing Officer applications, reporting to the CEO for a small, growing, rebranding health, wellness, nutritional food supplements and scientifically data proven, CPG company with mostly female customers in USA, expanding in to UK, Asia and Australia. Title: CMO (or VP Marketing) will be offered subject to the experience of the individual who must be tactical and delivery focused directing, coaching and supporting their team (not a pure strategic role) Compensation: Attractive base + bonus + benefits package + LTIP in line with market rates + career defining amazing opportunity and team culture awaits To be a suitable for interview application we need your profile and interests to meet all of these criteria as a minimum: • Examples of previously being part of the senior team who grew a similar B2C/D2C industry company through the $5MM - $20M+ revenues range (they are willing to invest to scale to $100M+ in the future phase of growth) • Hands on expertise in direct to consumer (D2C) digital marketplaces, eCommerce, SEM, performance media acquisition and email/CRM retention • Overseas the entire sales and marketing strategy for D2C, 2nd/3rd Party, B2B, affiliates, partnerships, online / offline, PR • Must be from one of consumer goods, supplements, alternative medicine, retail, organics, wellness, canna with strong D2C achievements • Growth marketing strategy, yet hands-on technical with their marketing team when needed; coaches, supports, directs and inspires people; manages transformation change and major growth • Passionate about consumer health, natural high quality ingredients, solving and preventing chronic health conditions, mission and sustainable team focused on attracting and retaining customers through quality and community • Manages and develops a small high quality internal direct hire team plus freelance, contractors and suppliers • Data analytics decision-making • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including line management and executive relationships • Well-educated to degree or higher level If you have the appropriate experience, knowledge, interests goals and desires, please apply to be considered for an initial call with Jonathan Pearson of BluZinc who has been retained by the CEO of this client employer to attract and select their next awesome marketing leader.
