THE JOB:

As a part-time Chip Runner in the Poker Room, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests as they enter the Poker Room and supporting the smooth operation of the poker table banks. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll play an important part in keeping the energy of the room flowing while contributing to a seamless gaming experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help bring our mission to life—creating memorable moments and WOW experiences that guests will carry with them long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $9.25 an hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet each guest with a smile and hear their stories as you assist in their placement into Poker games.
  • Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
  • Show your passion for customer service by attending to the guests needs with an upbeat and positive attitude

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
  • Holds a High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiar with Poker games and procedures
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
