The Client Solution Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with a portfolio of advertisers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on the arenaflex platform. This role demands a strategic individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising. What you’ll do: • Become an expert on arenaflex’s advertising products and best practices. Educate clients on product features and benefits. • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major advertisers, aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges. • Proactively cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support. • Drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets. • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.
