We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Consulting Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in our client engagements, responsible for leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing robust and scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle SCM Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities · Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Planning, Manufacturing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. · Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and help lead/configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed. · Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform. · Implementation Leadership: Guide the functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. · Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients. · Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle SCM.
