This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to build the AWS foundation for our migrated workloads. You will ensure that every application has the correct infrastructure—applying network, security, and observability configurations that align with our platform standards. You will work across the migration program, with potential focus areas including: • Mass Migration: Provisioning infrastructure for high-volume automated migrations. • Complex Modernization: Implementing bespoke infrastructure designs for critical Tier 1 applications. Contract Type ✍️ This position is open for candidates interested in Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe. Please note this is a contract role for approximately 3 years What Will You Do? • Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). • Apply network and security configurations in line with platform standards and guardrails. • Configure application-level monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch and the platform’s observability stack. • Participate in cutover events and post-migration stabilization, troubleshooting infrastructure issues. • Contribute to automation runbooks and arenaflex optimization activities. What You Bring • 3+ years in AWS cloud engineering. • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Solid networking knowledge (VPC design, subnets, security groups, routing). • Understanding of Windows and Linux workloads being migrated from VMware. • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate certification.
