About the Project

We are creating a branded comic titled “A Day in the Life of a Leasing Hero.” The story follows an overworked leasing agent and contrasts the before and after experience of using EliseAI, our AI + CRM platform for multifamily property management. The goal is to show how AI automation supports — not replaces — leasing teams, helping them eliminate tedious work and focus on building relationships and driving conversions.

This comic will be used for:

- Industry events and conferences

- Sales enablement

- Digital marketing

- Illustration Style

We are looking for a Pop Art–inspired comic style:

- Bold colors

- Strong visual expressions

- Clean panel storytelling

- Engaging and easy to read

The comic should balance visual humor and storytelling while still allowing dialogue and messaging to be clearly readable. Reference examples and the full script will be provided to shortlisted illustrators.

Length: 8–10 pages

Final trim size (flexible depending on illustrator recommendation):
