Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Commercial Fishing Packaging Worker. This position is initially temporary, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the packaging of commercial fishing products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack commercial fishing products according to company standards.
  • Ensure proper labeling and handling of all products.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry 60-80 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is a plus but not required.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
