1. To manage, support and assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, statutory files maintenance (i.e. maintain and update company’s statutory books and records) and related statutory requirements. 2. Liaising with potential clients for the formation / incorporation of new companies, foundation, LLP or other services provided by the company. 3. Advise on, liaise with and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and other relevant statutory requirements. 4. Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matter. 5. Assisting in organising Board/Committee Meeting and General Meetings, as well as preparation of agenda papers/meeting files for these meetings (if any). 6. Liaising with the External Auditors during audit review and to provide information as requested by the Auditors and liaising with legal advisors on any related agreements which secretarial advice and documents 7. To have a clear understanding of the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of association/Constitution and Shareholders/Joint Venture Agreements, where applicable. 8. Preparation of statutory forms/documents, proper and timely filing and proficient in using MYCOID, MBRS system for online submission to CCM. 9. Any other related services and task assigned by the Management from time to time. **Job Requirements**: 2. Have at **least 1 (or more) years experienced** in Company Secretary doing various secretarial works. 3. Resourceful, committed and keen to develop a long term career in secretarial firm. 4. Good written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. (Proficiency in English will be considered as added value) 5. Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016, CCM and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines. 6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with people at all levels. 7.
