We are seeking a Construction Supervision Lead (Natural Gas) to support and oversee large-scale energy infrastructure projects. This is a senior-level role combining project controls expertise (schedule & cost) with overall construction supervision and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior Project Controls authority for Oil & Gas construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, and cost control activities
  • Review and assess Contractors’ construction schedules, ensuring correct implementation and early identification of delays, inconsistencies, or risks affecting project milestones
  • Review and provide recommendations on Critical Path Method (CPM) methodologies proposed by Contractors
  • Monitor overall construction progress and advise project teams on the need for corrective or mitigation measures
  • Perform cost monitoring and cost control activities, producing analyses and statistical cost data related to construction works
  • Support the preparation of monthly progress and cost reports to the Client
  • Coordinate and supervise site supervision teams, acting as Head Supervisor when required
  • Ensure alignment between construction progress, contractual obligations, and approved project controls procedures
  • Support the Client in decision-making related to time, cost, and risk management
  • Ensure accurate records, reports, and project documentation are properly maintained

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline)
  • Minimum of 15 years of total professional experience, including at least 6-8 years in Oil & Gas projects
  • Proven experience in Project Controls, scheduling, and cost management for large construction projects
  • Experience in senior supervisory or coordination roles on construction sites
  • Excellent knowledge of project planning and cost control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor methodologies, and progress measurement
  • Registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) or equivalent professional body abroad
  • Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
