Job description We are a Real Estate Investment Group that purchases Multi-Family units and are in dire need of a Investor Relations Consultant that is a self-starter and able to introduce High Net Worth clients to invest a minimum of $150,000 in Multi-Family units. We will provide you with all the information about our company, and: - It will be your job to create/generate/find the list(s) of whom to call, email or meet. Salary Description: This is mostly a commission-based job. However, we do understand that people need to pay bills without thinking about acquiring the next lead. We are looking for you a motivated individual to allocated 10 hours each week with a 3% commission for every investor you bring into the investment property. Example: They invest the minimum requirement of $150,000, your commission is $4,500 each time. Fun Fact: We are recession and pandemic proof and generates an average return of 72% in 2-5 years, so it’s not something that requires a lot of explaining, just a lot of introducing.
