The role involves problem-solving, developing project deliverables, and assisting with client communications to drive transformation and improve efficiencies. Responsibilities Contribute to team problem-solving and strategy discussions, helping identify potential solutions and next steps for client challenges Assist in developing project deliverables, translating data and analyses into clear presentations, reports, and other materials for clients Support day-to-day project tasks, including coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure high-quality outputs Take clear and organized notes during internal team calls and client meetings, capturing key discussions and action items Participate in project calls with internal teams, client personnel, and external partners, contributing ideas and asking thoughtful questions Communicate findings clearly to team members and clients, both verbally and in writing Support the analysis of complex data sets, helping to identify trends, insights, and opportunities Skills 1+ years of relevant post graduate experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, etc.), business, operations, or other quantitative, analytical, or process-focused fields Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed Relevant experience in the life sciences industry or the consulting industry Strong project planning and time management; ability to work with limited supervision on assigned workstreams Excellent analytical skills, with proven experience in data cleansing, building models, distilling insights, and creating recommendations to resolve complex problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced bolthires Office skills; particularly with Excel and PowerPoint Experience with various tools such as Power BI, Excel Macro / VBA, Think-Cell, and/or Tableau or other business analytics tools Benefits Competitive total compensation, including bonus earning potential Full package of benefits plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with life and disability insurance Generous paid time off and holidays Company matched 401(k) retirement savings plan Potential for flexible work arrangements Generous paid parental leave with available planning tools, virtual expert coaching services and flex return support.
