Read more about Alchemy’s values here: Your Responsibilities • Lead in: Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects • Understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions • Provide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects. • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production • Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications • Help mentor new and junior consultants and serve as a professional role model About You (Required Skills) • 3+ years of Workday Financials consulting with proficiency in Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects • Demonstrated expertise leading and deploying Financials—Banking, Assets, Projects • A background in Finance and Accounting • Experience deploying Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% Bonus if you have... • Higher Ed (college/university) experience • Active Workday Financials partner certifications Candidates/Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
