<p><strong>Job Title: Content Designer</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 12 Months (With a possible extension or Conversion)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Charlotte, Raleigh NC (Fully onsite)</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.</p><p>Play a key role in shaping the way Client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.</p><p>Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p><p>2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field</p><p>Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.</p><p>Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p><p>Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking</p><p>Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro</p><p></p>
