NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Integrated Marketing based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.  

Summary 

The Coordinator, Integrated Operations plays a critical support role within NASCAR’s Integrated Marketing Group (IMG), ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns across tracks, tentpoles, and enterprise brand initiatives. This position manages the operational infrastructure that keeps cross-functional marketing efforts aligned — including timelines, creative workflows, asset tracking, communication touchpoints, and deliverables.

Duties include but are not limited to:  

  • Maintain integrated planning trackers, campaign timelines, and cross-functional calendars to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Support ongoing planning cycles (briefing > planning > go-to-market > execution >recap) for assigned campaigns and events.
  • Help manage meeting cadences, agendas, and follow-up communications to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support the submission and organization of creative requests, including briefs, asset lists, resizes, and production needs.
  • Manage asset distribution logistics — ensuring the right teams receive the right files at the right time.
  • Track creative revisions and approvals across Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Track stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and trackers for cross-team reference.
  • Draft, organize, and distribute meeting notes, campaign recaps, summaries, and status updates.
  • Help prepare decks, planning documents, and progress reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a central point of contact to manage updates, requests, and information flowing between internal teams.
  • Assist in compiling campaign performance metrics, pulling data from various department partners.
  • Help synthesize learnings and trends into recap reports and presentations.
  • Maintain dashboards that track progress against KPIs for events and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, Creative, Tracks, and external agencies to support aligned execution across channels.
  • Ensure all departments have access to updated planning documents, creative assets, and timelines.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for the Integrated Marketing Group. 
  • Travel: 30% including weekends

Required skills / experience:  

  •  Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three (3) years’ experience and/or training in marketing operations, project coordination, creative services or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the sport or entertainment fields is a plus.
  • Proficient on company provided hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with project management and/or asset management tools (Asana, Workfront, Slack, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar).               
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once with clarity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with internal teams at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management or asset management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Workfront, or similar).
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
  • Interest in brand marketing, storytelling, live events, and motorsports culture.
