Corporate Sales:<br /> – Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within the corporate and SME sectors.<br /> – Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and presenting tailored Apple business solutions.<br /> – Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.</p> <p>2. Customer Service:<br /> – Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.<br /> – Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and SME clients, offering support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.<br /> – Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate efficient resolutions for warranty claims, repairs, and other service-related matters.</p> <p>3.
