A US-based company is looking for someone from Brazil with strong English reading and writing skills, along with excellent social and conversational abilities, to engage with customers on behalf of our social media influencers. Requirements ● Must be able to quickly and efficiently manage multiple simultaneous conversations. ● Must have high-level English proficiency (particularly reading, writing and listening). ● Must be responsive and have excellent communication skills: you’ll need to be able to be reached quickly when we need to get a hold of you. This job will require communication with influencers and with the management team on a daily basis. ● Must be extremely organized (able to organize/work with large amounts of digital media). ● Motivated self-starter and trustworthy. Must be highly organized, manage your time effectively to complete all daily tasks, and be someone we can rely on. ● Must be a person who is open to feedback on ways to improve and others perspectives around how to manage different situations. ● Please include the word oregon anywhere in your cover letter or the questions you answer. ● You must have your own computer and reliable fast internet. ● Previous experience in chat support is a plus.
