What the role is:

Project Title: KM Service Journey, KM portal and KM EDM refresh The deliverables for this internship are: (a) Lead, plan and conduct a KM Service Journey, which may include conducting a survey/FGD to understand officers' KM needs (an existing 2-yearly KM initiative) to all SG officers; (b) Contribute ideas and efforts towards the production of a suite of educational materials, including infographics, animations and KM quizzes as part of KM’s Communication Masterplan for FY25 (bi-monthly EDM); and (C) Produce visual comms materials to be published in OurS to refresh KM portal & landing page contents and relevant broadcast of refreshed contents via various platforms e.g. email, MS Teams.

What you will be working on:

The intern(s) will be expected to propose and seek approval for the contents and delivery of the Service Journey as part of the project, e.g., making reference to past Service Journey context/contents, understanding current KM landscape and how to improve.

What we are looking for:

- Keen interest in engaging with stakeholder & good presentation skills - Good design sense/ability - Baseline knowledge in using MS applications and design tools e.g. Outlook, PPT, Teams, Canva. Mode of internship: Hybrid (i.e. Mix of in-person and virtual) Duration: 12 weeks Period of internship: Jul 2026 to Sep 2026
