Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information about our products and services. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Documenting customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary. Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide high-quality service. Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and arenaflex Office Suite. Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
