Position: Customer Engagement Specialist
Location: IOI Boulevard, Puchong (Conveniently located within walking distance of IOI Puchong Jaya LRT Station)

Compensation & Rewards

About the Opportunity

We are expanding our growth-driven team and seeking enthusiastic, results-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Engagement Specialists. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients, creating impactful conversations that transform leads into loyal customers.

Your Key Contributions

  • Initiate outbound engagement with potential customers and introduce tailored product or service offerings
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Manage objections effectively and guide customers through secure payment options
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to drive overall sales performance

Employment Terms

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, persuasive, and confident phone presence
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
