Customer Marketing Manager, Events & Programs Varonis is the leader in the data security market. We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager, Events & Programs, to deliver impactful, memorable experiences for our customers across global programs. This role will drive the operational and experiential execution behind our user group program, flagship events, and key customer moments throughout the year. You will help bring our community together through premium experiences that strengthen relationships and elevate the customer journey. What You’ll Do: • Lead the planning and execution of Varonis’ global customer events and programs — from scalable, repeatable regional programs to high-visibility flagship experiences. • Own core customer events, including User Groups • Manage all aspects of event execution, including logistics, run-of-show, communications, registration, vendors, and onsite delivery. • Own and execute flagship experiences and support execution for Varonis’ global Customer Conference. • Deliver consistent, premium customer experiences that reflect the Varonis brand and create meaningful touchpoints across the customer journey. • Partner closely with the Advocacy Manager to identify and prepare customer speakers, panelists, and hosts for events. • Build program frameworks, processes, and templates that help Varonis scale customer programs year over year. What You’ll Need: • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, events, programs, or related B2B experience. • Demonstrated experience executing events of varying sizes — from intimate customer gatherings to larger programmatic or flagship events. • Strong project management, organizational rigor, and attention to detail. • Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences. • Creative problem-solving with a willingness to be hands-on. • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A collaborative drive to succeed. This is a remote position that requires ~20% travel to customer events globally.
