Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to permanent- starting immediately)

Location: Exeter, office based

Salary: £25,000 PA starting salary, reviewed annually

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Key Duties:

Being the first point of contact for customers-whether by phone, email, or occasionally in person-ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and supportive

Responding to incoming sales enquiries and spotting natural opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products

Getting involved in marketing activity, from helping with campaigns to contributing ideas and engaging with customers across different channels

Building trust and strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

Handling questions, issues and more complex situations with calm professionalism and a people‑first mindset

Developing a deep understanding of the product range and staying enthusiastic about learning new information as the business evolvesWhat you'll bring:
