We’re seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to accelerate our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to own end-to-end demand generation strategies, managing key digital channels—including paid media, email, and SEO—while collaborating with Sales and Product to align campaigns with revenue goals What You’ll Do: Drive Demand & Revenue • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, search, paid media) that generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth. • Plan and run Account-Based Marketing programs to arenaflex key accounts with personalized messaging. • Monitor and optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and sales handoffs to ensure maximum pipeline impact. • Create and optimize campaign assets, including building WordPress landing pages, SEO-friendly content, and social media ads that drive conversions. Analytics & Optimization • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI), and make data-driven decisions. • Continuously improve the marketing funnel—from awareness to lead capture and nurturing. • Optimize content and creative assets to maximize engagement and conversions. Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Sales to align on arenaflex accounts, lead scoring, and follow-up processes. • Support events and webinars, coordinating virtual and in-person initiatives, including conferences and trade shows, to enhance pipeline generation and brand visibility. Who You Are: • A hands-on, results-driven marketer who thrives in both strategic planning and execution. • Experienced in creating ABM programs and multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. • Analytical and data-oriented, using insights to continuously improve campaigns. • Creative and collaborative, able to contribute to design, content, and campaign assets. • Passionate about civic engagement, community-building, and making a tangible impact. What You’ll Need: • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology. • Proven success running ABM programs and multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline. • Strong skills in CRM & marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or equivalent). Experience with WordPress, basic graphic design, and content creation. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Experience marketing to government agencies, public sector, or civic organizations.
