Requirements: + Very strong Excel skills (heavy tracker usage). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment. + Comfortable interacting with candidates and managers. + ATS experience is a bonus (they use iCIMS) but not required .
