Job Details Responsibilities: • Develop and implement software solutions to align with the company's objectives. • Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage AWS cloud-based production system to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security. • Build, release, and configuration management of production systems. • System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains. • Conduct system performance tuning, load testing, and optimization. • Collaborate with the development team to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues. • Track and monitor applications and services on the servers, taking a proactive approach to prevent issues or degradation of services. • Create clear and concise documentation related to the projects and services. • Develop and promote best practices and patterns in DevOps. • Participate in on-call rotations, driving restoration and repair of service-impacting issues. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar. • Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Java, Go, Rancher, and Git Version. • Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers (Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design. • Strong scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python). • Solid experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. • Demonstrated ability to manage workloads, prioritize, meet deadlines, and make best use of limited resources. • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service. • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. • Certification in AWS and Kubernetes will be a plus. • Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
