What You’ll Do As a full-time faculty member, you will play a vital role in creating rigorous, supportive, student-centered learning experiences that prepare our learners for real-world success. Champion a Student-Centered Approach • Foster an inclusive, fair, and welcoming learning environment. • Support and assess student progress with timely, constructive feedback. • Motivate students to advance their education, confidence, and professional identity. • Provide availability and connection outside of class to ensure student success. • Uphold institutional standards and collaborate with Student Affairs when concerns arise. Deliver Excellence in Teaching • Teach assigned didactic courses with expertise, clarity, and passion. • Maintain mastery in your content area and engage in lifelong learning. • Create interactive, evidence-based learning experiences — including problem-based and interprofessional approaches. • Evaluate student performance using clear outcomes and documented feedback. • Use course and program data to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to Program Strength & Innovation • Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and updates. • Assist with accreditation efforts and program review. • Engage in institutional events such as Faculty Symposia, Town Halls, and teaching excellence trainings. • Complete all required trainings and follow established policies and procedures. Model Professionalism & Leadership • Maintain required licensure and certifications. • Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education. • Contribute to the profession through organizational membership, committee service, or conference involvement. • Support interprofessional collaboration and uphold the highest standards of practice and ethics.
